Telnet to acf5.nyu.edu and paste the following line into the shell window: 
/home/m/mm64/public_html/x52.9749/makehome; cd ~/public_html
The URL of your home page will then be 
http://acf5.nyu.edu/~abc1234
where abc1234 is your acf5 loginname. Be sure to type the tilde ~ in front of your loginname.
