These are the handouts that I wrote for my classes in Unix, C, C++, and Calculus. They are not intended to be comprehensible apart from the accompanying lectures. Their only purpose is to save me from having to write all this material on the board, and to save my students from being reduced to high-speed stenographers for hours at a time. In this business, one typo can kill you.
With the World Wide Web, I place the handouts before a world-wide audience. Unfortunately, what you see here is merely a copy of what I hand out on paper. I should rewrite the handouts as hypertext, but I have no time.
